Supply Chain Manager/Buyer to collaborate with the Supply chain and the Supplier On-Site for a new project. We are seeking a highly motivated Aerospace Sr. Paid sick time up to 80 hours per year unless otherwise required by law. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 236 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Manage inventory levels to appropriate weeks of supply in the distribution centers Maintain skus to inventory levels as outlined by individual goals Reviews and APPROVES purchase orders issued by coordinator. Submits reports to Purchasing coordinator to input Purchase orders and update information into systems. Procure inventory for all business channels. Manages and revises purchase orders subject to cost changes, quantity changes, ship week updates, etc. Publish reports to meet the business needs of the Purchasing Dept ![]() Works with management staff to suggest new methods and develop tools for improved work flow process. Participates in meetings and establishes rapport with cross functional departments to stay updated on vendor related issues Partner with key departments to identify and resolve supply chain issues, item cost maintenance, purchase order cancelations, delivery date revisions and invoice discrepancies. Reviews forecasts, sales trends and advertising strategies to purchase and maintain appropriate target inventory levels.Įxecute various analytic strategies, analyze reports to determine plan of action to prevent out of stocks and excess weeks of supply. Responsible for the daily analysis and execution of the procurement process for all business channels. This position requires interaction with multiple departments to determine strategies in managing the supply chain. Is responsible for ensuring that appropriate inventory levels are sustained in multiple distribution centers to support the advertising and sales demand.
